What happens if I delete or cancel a Halocard?

Virtual Cards

Your Virtual Card quota is calculated overall. If you cancel or delete a virtual card, you will reduce your card limit by 1 card.

We recommend locking cards when they're not in use to avoid reducing your overall card limit.

Disposable Cards

Your Disposable Cards quota is calculated per month, and any cancelled cards will replenish in the next month.

Can I received refunds to cancelled Halocards?

No, and you will need to ask the merchant to send any refunds to a different Halocard (or payment method) that is active. See: How do refunds work on Halocard?
