What happens if I delete or cancel a Halocard?

Virtual card limits are calculated overall, and do not replenish every month.

If you cancel or delete a card, you will reduce your card limit by 1 card. We recommend locking cards when they're not in use to avoid reducing your overall card limit.

If I cancel a virtual card, can I create a new one?

No, you will reduce the number of cards in your account by 1.

Can I received refunds to cancelled Halocards?

No, and you will need to ask the merchant to send any refunds to a different Halocard (or payment method) that is active. See: How do refunds work on Halocard?
