Why can't I see my deposit?

Card payments (Debit, Credit, Apple Pay, Google Pay)
Card payments appear immediately if successful. Occasionally, card payments to Halocard are declined by the cardholder's bank because Halocard is classified as MCC 6540 (stored-value card purchase/load), which some banks restrict by default. If your deposit is declined, try the following:
- Disable any active VPN
- Confirm your billing address matches the address your bank has on file
- If prompted, enter the verification code your bank sends you
- Most importantly, call your bank and ask them to approve the pending transaction to "Halocard" or "enable Merchant Category Code 6540".
Stablecoin transfers in USDC, USDT (Base, Arbitrum)
Stablecoin deposits usually appear within a minute and once the transaction is confirmed on-chain. Check the transaction on a blockchain explorer to confirm the correct amount and network was used.
Cryptocurrency transfers in BTC, ETH, SOL
Crypto deposits appear once the transaction is confirmed on-chain and converted to USD. Check the transaction on a blockchain explorer to confirm the network and status. Confirmation times vary by network:
- Solana: 1–3 minutes
- Ethereum: 3–10 minutes
- Bitcoin: 10–60 minutes
Bank transfers in EUR/GBP (SEPA, UK Faster Payments)
Check with your bank to confirm the status of your transfer. Settlement times vary by transfer method:
- SEPA Instant transfers take seconds to minutes.
- Standard SEPA transfers take 1 - 2 business days.
- UK Faster Payments takes seconds to minutes, though some banks take up to 2 hours.
Bank transfers in USD (ACH, Wire)
Check with your bank to confirm the status of your transfer. Settlement times vary by transfer method:
- ACH transfers take 1–3 business days to settle.
- Domestic wires arrive the same business day.
- International wires take 1–2 business days.
