Can I withdraw funds from Halocard?

Funds cannot be withdrawn from your Halocard account at this time, due to compliance and anti-money laundering regulations.

Once funds are added, they can only be used to make purchases with your Halocards, including both online payments and in-person payments via Apple Pay or Google Pay.

If you no longer wish to use the funds in your account, we suggest continuing to use your Halocards until your remaining balance is spent.
