Can I use Halocard to withdraw cash from ATMs?

Yes, you can make ATM withdrawals with physical Halocards at any ATM machine, and also with virtual cards using a tap-to-pay or contactless ATM


Please set a PIN code on your Halocard before attempting an ATM withdrawal, otherwise your withdrawal may decline.


ATM Withdrawal Fees and Limits


1.5% + $0.30 per withdrawal (excluding any fees the ATM operator may charge separately) and $1 for any balance enquiry or decline.


Halocard accounts are limited to 3 ATM withdrawals every 24 hours, each up to a maximum of $250 per withdrawal.


Please note: ATM operators may pass on their own, additional fees when making a withdrawal.
