Can I use a custom name and billing address on Halocard?

Yes, you can set your own custom name and billing address from anywhere in the world, for every Halocard you create. This will allow you to control the information you share with merchants when making online purchases.

To set or change the billing address on your Halocard:

• Go to your Cards screen
• Select your desired card and click Edit
• Edit the name and billing address for your card
• To save your changes click Edit Card

Your new billing address will be effective immediately. If you do not set a custom name or billing address, your Halocard will default to the personal details your provided during your identity verification check.

When making online purchases cards, please ensure the billing address you enter matches the billing address on your Halocard. If your purchases are declining with the reason "Address verification failed" or similar reason, please see the article: Do Halocards support AVS (Address Verification System)

Need a US billing address?

Halocard does not provide any US billing address. Instead, we allow you to set any address you like on each one of your virtual cards.
