Why can't I see my funds?
If you’ve added funds but don’t see them yet, the reason usually depends on the method used to fund your Halocard account.
Bank transfers (ACH, Wire, PayPal ACH, SEPA)
Bank transfers are not instant and only appear once the transfer has fully settled. Processing typically takes 1 - 3 business days, and weekends or bank holidays can cause delays. If your funds haven’t arrived yet, they may still be in transit.
Check with your sending bank or provider to confirm the transfer status.
Card payments (Debit, Credit, Apple Pay, Google Pay)
Card payments usually appear immediately if successful. If you don’t see the funds, the payment may still be pending authorisation, may have been declined or reversed by your bank, or may be undergoing additional security checks.
Check your banking app to confirm the payment status.
Cryptocurrency funding (USDC/USDT, BTC/ETH/SOL, Other Tokens)
Crypto deposits only appear after the transaction is confirmed on the blockchain. Stablecoins transfers usually appear immediately, major tokens can take 5 - 60 minutes, and other tokens can take longer depending on liquidity. Delays can occur if the transfer hasn’t reached enough confirmations, was sent on the wrong network, was sent with an incorrect amount, or is still being converted to USD.
Check the transaction status on blockchain explorer and confirm the correct network and amount were used.
What should I do if the expected processing time has passed?
If your funds still aren’t visible after the expected timeframe, please contact Halocard support with the funding method, amount, and date, and we’ll investigate this for you.
