Is Halocard available in my country?

Halocard is available to individuals 18 years or older in most countries worldwide.

Please note our card issuer and banking partners restrict certain countries in order to prevent money laundering, terrorist financing and fraud. As a result, Halocards cannot be issued to residents of the following countries:

Belarus
Cuba
India
Iran
Iraq
Israel
Mainland China
Myanmar
Nepal
Nicaragua
North Korea
Russia
Syria
Turkey
Ukraine
Venezuela
Vietnam

Residents of prohibited countries living abroad

If you're a citizen of a prohibited country residing in a non-prohibited country (for example, an Indian national living in the UK), and your identity check fails, please contact the Halocard support team.

We can request a manual review and resubmit your identity check with an additional proof of residence document from a non-prohibited country. Please note approvals are on an individual basis and are not guaranteed.
