Can I use Halocard to send money to people?

Unfortunately money transfers, account funding and remittance services that involve sending money to individuals are considered high-risk and will be declined by Visa.

Examples of unsupported merchants in this category include:

Apple Pay
Cash App
PayPal
MoneyGram
Revolut
Venmo
Western Union
Wise
Xoom

Please note: Halocards can be added to Apple Pay and PayPal to make purchases, however sending money via either of these services will result in a decline.
