Can I use Halocard to send money to people?

Unfortunately money transfers, account funding and remittance services that involve sending money to individuals are considered high-risk and will be declined by Visa. Examples of unsupported merchants in this category include:

• Apple Cash
• Cash App
• PayPal (paying for Goods & Services is supported)
• MoneyGram
• Remittly
• Revolut
• Venmo
• Western Union
• Wise
• Xoom

Please note: Halocards can be added to Apple Pay and PayPal to make purchases, however sending money via either of these services will result in a decline.
