Why has my account been suspended?
Halocard accounts can be suspended for the following reasons:
- Merchant abuse - Activity that gets around terms and conditions or takes unfair advantage of offers, trials, or refunds.
- Prohibited transactions - The account was used for purchases that aren't permitted under our terms.
- Suspicious or fraudulent activity - Fraudulent, unauthorised, or non-genuine activity detected on the account.
- Payment or balance issue - An outstanding payment, failed charge, or balance problem that needs resolving.
- Compliance or eligibility restrictions - A change in regulatory, location, or eligibility so we can no longer provide the account.
When an account is suspended, all virtual cards are immediately locked and then deleted after 7 days.
Account suspensions are final and cannot be overruled or appealed.
If you think your account has been suspended by mistake, please contact support immediately.
