How can I delete my account and remove my data?

We're sorry to hear Halocard hasn't met your expectations and we're happy to help delete your account and remove any data stored on our servers.

For users who have NOT deposited funds to Halocard

In the top-right hand corner click the Help (?) icon and choose Delete My Data highlighted in red.

For users who have deposited funds and have an active Halocard subscription

In the top-right hand corner click the Settings (⛭) icon, open the Subscription section and choose Delete Account.
