How can I delete my account and remove my data?

We're sorry to hear Halocard hasn't met your expectations and we're happy to help delete your account and remove any data stored on our servers.

For users who have NOT deposited funds to Halocard

In the top-right hand corner click the (?) icon and choose Delete My Data.

For users who are verified or have an active subscription

In the top-right hand corner click the Settings (⛭) icon, open the Profile section and choose Delete Account.
