# How can I deposit funds to Halocard?

You can add funds to your Halocard account via several methods outlined below. 

The initial deposit to open a Halocard account is a minimum of $100, and subsequent deposits a minimum of $50. Some higher plans have higher deposit requirements due to having a larger volume of virtual cards.

| UK Faster Payments: GBP | 1% | Instant - 2 hours | Transfer to a unique account number and your GBP will be automatically converted to USD. |
| Wire Transfer: USD | $20 | 0 - 1 days | Connect your bank via Plaid to make Wire deposits directly from your checking account |
